What happened to Rhubarb
I have been using Rhubarb Lip Gloss for over 15 years .Now Rhubarb is pale pink instead of red! At first I thought it was a manufacturing error but I’ve purchased 8 tubes and all are the same. Not the same color!
I have used rhubarb lip shimmer for many years and I recently bought an embarrassing amount to replenish as I was running low. I am so disappointed that the color is not the same. Right tube, wrong color
I spoke with someone last month after I ordered some rhubarb lip shimmer and I got tubes of rhubarb with a different, much paler, color inside. It was a factory issue. They said that they were not correcting it, meaning they didn't pull it from the shelves, even though they knew was a defective product. They said to wait a month for their next production run so I did. Same issue again. I am very disappointed. Please respond and let me know when this is updated. I wear this shade every day and I would love to know when it will be fixed and I can re-order the correct color. This lip shimmer is unequaled. Its subtle shimmer and light scent/flavor cannot be beat. Cocoa is the absolute perfect nude-brown shade. It looks beautiful on so many different skin tones, and there seems to be a massive community of fans desperately seeking it, but it is impossible to find! Please make more! Take our money! Beyond Disappointed
I have used and love the Rubhard shimmer. However, I recently purchased many more so I could replenish my supply. I noticed the Rubhard color had changed and there is hardly any color. I was so terribly disappointed to learn that Burts made changes to the color.
