I've used nothing but BB original for at least 25 years, and this new formula is so awful. Like others have stated, I can't figure out what's different. The ingredient list is exactly the same. Love buying in Bulk
I've been an exclusive Burt's Bees user for 2 decades. I've tried other lip balms and they just don't measure up. Thought I'd try instead of the usual more expensive cosmetic brands. Bad move. Just trying to get the cap off is enough to frustrate you. The product does not do anything more than rubbing a wax candle across your lips. Last night was the final straw. Once again struggled to remove the cap.
