Dried out
I was really excited to try these, but they were hard and rubbery when I opened them. Very disappointed. Do not recommend
Purchased 4 pairs in store and when I tried the first ones they had no moisture in them so figured it was a bad pack, but they were all like that. Very disappointed. Amazing under eye boost!
This does such an amazing job of moisturizing under my eyes and making them look younger softer and less wrinkled. The effects last a few days. I use them everything time I have a special event or want to look my best. Hard, dry, and shriveled
Purchased and found hard, dry, shriveled bits of wax. No moisture, nothing hydrating. So hard that it is about to crack on bending. After too many off buys, it is time say bye to BB. Can not submit UNLESS an optional item is submitted/added. THAT MAKES IT NOT OPTIONAL. BB is a joke now.Reply from Jordan7 months agoHey there. Product quality and effectiveness.
Purchased Eye Gel Mask product based on package description: "...calming...revitalizing.... In 10 minutes, your skin will be revived, leaving you looking refreshed and healthy." I opened the packaging and the “eye gels” appeared shrunken and dry. Why is Burt’s Bees still making this product? I unfortunately bought a pack before reading reviews and honestly did not notice what the product looked like when I purchased it. When I went to use the eye masks they were dried out. Came to the website to see horrible reviews spanning YEARS- all about the SAME issue. Burt’s Bees quality department, hello????
