I opened the packaging and the "eye gels" appeared shrunken and dry. Dried Out
Why is Burt's Bees still making this product? I unfortunately bought a pack before reading reviews and honestly did not notice what the product looked like when I purchased it. When I went to use the eye masks they were dried out. Came to the website to see horrible reviews spanning YEARS- all about the SAME issue. Burt's Bees quality department, hello???? Nope
The patches were barely wet with any product and barely stuck to my face. Not sure if that's why I didn't notice any difference or improvements. Halfway Usable
Wouldn't recommend this. These are shaped to go a certain way under your eye, but when they manufacture it and the bottom side(kind of cupped edge to stick better) isn't on the appropriate side, it's only halfway useable - it either A) won't stay on when put underneath to fit correctly B) stays on but doesn't not shape under the eye correctly.Reply from burtsbees.com1 year agoWe appreciate you sharing your honest feedback about our Renewing Natural Hydrogel Eye Mask. Dried out - not usable
