The balm itself isn't bad, but every time I put it on, there are small white beads of hardened material. I don't know if this is how it's supposed to be, but they don't rub in very easily so I have to check a mirror every time I apply.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can't go wrong with Burst's Bees lip care or any other personal care items. This shea butter lip relief balm makes my lips feel super soft and hydrated. I love, love this product so very much and the fact that they last and make me notice the difference on my dry lips is a plus! 100% recommended

Not greasy and works wonders . Smells good and by boyfriend dosnt like when I wear the original Burt's bees chapstick. Because he dosnt like the taste but when I bought this he couldn't stop kissing me :) love this product

Had a massive allergic reaction to a medication that caused my face and neck to swell. My lips were also swollen causing my lips to split & crack. So glad I had this product; saw improvement within 24 hours
