Excellent product. The holy grail of chronically chapped lips. Much more of a balm. Its real shea so it can be a little grainy until it warms up but the new formula seems smoother. Smells great but not too strong. I absolutely love this lip oil, It's honestly the best I've used. you put it on and you don't have to keep reapplying. While the product is great I don't like the paper tube at all. Poor “Eco-Friendly” Execution
Recycled paper cardboard tube is a great idea until it doesn't work.
