I let my 17 year old granddaughter use this ( im 64) and her face looked clearer the next day. She used it on the weekend and the next week it was back to breakouts and redness. This weekend she used it and again it starting looking better. I gave her mine and she called this morning to say her skin is really clearing up. I'm not sure which ingredient but we love it. I'm 64 and love the clean tingle and it clears my redness. Fresh, clean, no breakouts
Love this stuff and have used it forever (I'm 59.) Helps soothe rosacea flare ups. No breakouts. Gentle to use morning and night. Clean without stretching dryness. Tried other 'flavors' keep coming back to this. I bought one with the old packaging with the whitish background and big flower, it worked beautifully! It smelt so fresh and made my skin so soft and feel moisturized. Since I have eczema it is very very hard to find good products that won’t make my eczema flare up, this WAS one of them. It really was the only thing I could rely on so when I ran out I went to go buy more and well let me tell you it’s so totally different. The old one I had was very creamy and smelt amazing, as I already said. This new one is so thick and stiff that it can stand up on its own and go get a job. It leaves my skin dry and a bit of redness, and when I put it on it almost burns whereas the old one cooled and almost soothed my eczema. And the smell, oh my god, it makes me so sick I can hardly use it. It smells like I’m getting fruit loops directly up my nostrils it’s so bad. I keep almost vomiting from it but it’s the only thing I have and can afford that gets my makeup off and cleans my face. Now I’m not saying this is the worst product in the world, I certainly have had worse. I could overlook the dryness and redness by using a moisturizer or something, but that smell, oh it’s dreadful. I’m giving this two stars only because the original was absolutely divine and I fell in love with THAT product. I don’t know if they changed the formula or what, Google says they did but I dunno. Something changed, dramatically. It’s like a completely different product in similar packaging. Which by the way, the old packaging was so much nicer on the eyes. I’ve been using Burt’s bees products for many years now and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed, I just want to make it clear I’m not trying to hate on Burt’s bees in anyway shape or form and understand that not all products work for everyone. Love this facewash
I used to use this facewash when i was younger i loved it but switched to cerave to stay with the trend, i was soo happy switching back! This product makes my face feel cool and refreshed while helping keep my acne down!
