I have used the Red Dahlia tinted lip balm for years. I had been having problems finding it the past 6 months at retail stores, so I went online and ordered directly from Burt's Bees. I have received 2 orders on auto ship, but just canceled. The lip balm is not the same. I thought maybe it was one stick, but I am on the third one now, and it is definitely not the same. It is slightly sticky now, and there is no hint of a pleasant taste that it has had in the past. Before signing up for auto ship, I had read a review that indicated the balm had changed, but the reply by Burt's Bees was that they had not changed the formula at all. I decided to try ordering online based on that, but am very disappointed. I used to love this tinted lip balm, but will be looking for something else as it is just not the same as it used to be.
