I have trouble swallowing pills due to GERD issues, and thought this one would be small enough but it's not for me. Also, it upsets my stomach. Back to gummies - which are very sugary. I'm also prediabetic and need less sugar in my diet. I have a difficult time swallowing large calcium tablets. These are great. Take two and get the same amount of calcium and Vitamin D!
