The best tea to help relax and get ready for bed. I always have on hand during the cold months. The flavor is a mild herbal and sort of creamy or vanilla taste, perfect with a splash of milk. Sleepy boost tea
It’s smells very florally. The herbs are finely chopped in a bag with no strong. I like to use two bags for my tea at night. I have been drinking this tea ever since I was a kid. My mom always made some for me and as i got older it became one of my comfort things for when im failing to fall asleep.
