Good energy boost

Great for energy before workout

Solid pre-workout
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good pre-workout if you like the blue raspberry flavor (I generally do). I found it to be a little too overpowering, but nothing I can't fix. It mixed well with water and gave me a nice little boost. I don't think there's anything particularly special or different about this than other products, though.
