Great vitamin
I like this centrum silver adults multivitamins.  They are easy to swallow does not leave an after taste in your mouth. Like other vitamins do. Trusted brand of multivitamin for adults 50 plus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this is a multivitamin for 50 plus adults. As at every stage we all need it to offset what we are missing in our daily diets. I've taken other Centrum supplements and trust the brand. A good multivitamin is important I just wish the pills were smaller or less harder to swallow. All multivitamins seem to be the size of horse pills and on some days not as easy to go down. I would recommend taking it while eating breakfast.
