    Great as a daily routine

    I like the lightweight feeling. No greasy. You can add as many layers and still feel light. No smell which is nice in my opinion. Affordable and decent in size

    High Protection level ☀️

    This is lightweight. Protection level is very high. Perfect size to take on the go. Easy to apply. no annoying smell. Creamy and easy to blend.✨✨

    Never again

    I bought this CeraVe Mineral Sunscreen when I was taking skincare half-seriously. I conveniently selected it from the grocery store shelf instead of reading reviews ahead of time. I cannot say enough negative things about this sunscreen. This sunscreen leaves a white cast. The first photo I included shows my hand bare. The second photo shows a drop of sunscreen on my hand, along with the buildup of the overly-thick product inside the lid. The last photo reveals the white cast of this sunscreen that does not go away until you use a skin cleanser. Rubbing it in firmly, and using a more discreet amount still results in a white cast. This product absolutely sits on my face, sinks my confidence, and makes me despise wearing sunblock. I was out in full sun during the sun’s peak hours, and I felt my face starting to burn after 2-3 hours. Not only does it leave an obvious white cast, it doesn’t last. I put this sunblock on for Halloween to give me a perfect corpse/vampire/ pale & ghastly look. The white cast worked as expected. Do not purchase this product. I’m someone who “doesn’t care about my appearance” that much, and my confidence still drops when my neighbors see me wearing this and assume I must be sick because I look so pale. This product sometimes irritates my eyes and it has that smell of sunscreen to it too.

    Wanted to Love This, But the White Cast is Too Muc

    I love many CeraVe products, so was very excited to see a 50 SPF sunscreen option. I tried this a couple of times and WOW it is ever white when applied. It also doesn't blend in or fade after time. I also felt like it made my neck itch. When I rubbed it, it seemed to ball up. While I'm sure it would block the sun's harmful rays, I cannot get over the whiteness and the fact that it doesn't blend in whatsoever. There's no way I can put make up on over it. My husband walked into the room about an after I put it on and he said, "What is on your face? Are you sick? You look so pale!" Will not purchase again and sorry that I spent the money on this product.

    Not Worth Repurchasing

    I tried the CeraVe Hydrating Sunscreen and I honestly didn’t like it. It leaves a noticeable white cast and is very difficult to blend, even with extra time. I also tested it on my husband, and the white residue stayed on his beard, which he really disliked. Overall, it just didn’t work for us and isn’t something we’d repurchase.

    hydrating and protective

    I’ve tried the CeraVe Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 for the face and I like its hydrating effect and the protection it provides. It does leave the skin quite white upon application, but it works very well.

    Effective but oily

    It’s super effective to reduce risk of sunburn, but the lotion itself feels extremely oily on my hands and on my face looks very shinny. It is fairly thick so takes a lot to rub in as well.
