I had high hopes for this. It is very expensive for the small size. I have been dealing with very oily and dry combination skin this past year. I hate heavy products and this was perfectly lightweight and absorbed very quickly. The problem is that within a few days the oily areas have just gotten OILIER and my dry spots have just gotten tighter and dryer. The MIRACLE product that saved my oily face
I've been struggling with oily skin for a long time. This product is like a miracle. It has a tacky-like feeling to it, which makes it feel like it's "controlling the oiliness" on my face, which I like. Usually, after I come home from a long school day, you'd better bet that my face is oily, but with this product, my face still feels soft and moisturized and not some greasy mess. I'm really proud I found a product that helped with my overproduction of oil, because not only did it help balance oil production, but it made me feel confident. AMAZED
am absolutely amazed by the transformation in my skin after 5 months of use. I was extremely insecure about my severe acne, so i switched to cerave. I used this moisturizer and acne control wash and gel. My skin is completely free of acne! not working on me
when first applied it has a matt finish, but after a little while, it becomes even oilier than the way it was before (even when I was not using this product). it’s not good for oily skin and my skin has broken out :( really disappointed because I was also using other cerave products and they work wellReply from CeraVe6 months agoHello maneno! Does not reduce shine.
I really really wanted to like this oil control gel cream as I use so many other Cerave products. But unfortunately it makes my face even more shiny. I usually expect an oil control product to mattify and reduce shine, but this did the opposite for me.Reply from CeraVe6 months agoHello vanpatrick! Great product
I have combination skin. I've been on the lookout for a good facial moisturizer that doesn't burn, sting the eyes, or make me greasy. This has been perfect. Its for sure lighter than the Cerave Daily Moisturizing Lotion (which has been my go to) and personally it performs better than the Cerave AM or PM moisturizer. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't ever quit making this product! I have never found anything that works this good!! Oily girls rejoice!! This makes my face look amazing with an actual glow instead of an oily mess. Not great! Made my skin oilier!
