Lint and smaller rolls
So. Much. Lint. I've been using this product for a few years and recently even just blowing my nose leaves so much lint all over my face, let alone using it after using the restroom. Even just ripping some off creates a storm of lint particles in the air. Also, I'm going through mega roll packages much faster than I used to, and nothing has changed on my end. This has been an ongoing thing for a few months so it's not a one-off. This product used to be great so it's sad to see the quality has gone down.Reply from charmin.com1 week agoThank you so much for leaving your review! Our toilet paper goes through many quality checks to ensure that you can enjoy-the-go! A few things can happen that can cause an excess of lint. First, the softness is directly related to the amount of lint; meaning, the softer the toilet paper, the more lint there will be. The second cause is lint builds up on paper manufacturing lines. In this case, we do regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to remove excess lint in an attempt to reduce the chances of it happening. We'll share this with our Quality Team and we'd love to hear more about your experience in order to make this right for you.
