There’s no way this color comes out “Dark Ash Brown”. So annoyed I wasted money on this.Reply from Clairol1 week agoHi there! Thank you for using our Root Touch Up line. The Root Touch Up shade 4A Dark Ash Brown uses a color tint technology so it is normal to have the orange/yellow hue when mixing. The color of the mixture is not indictive of the final color result. We encourage you take time to perform the Strand Test prior to use as this will help you determine & get a preview of the color results prior to the real application. We hope this helps! What even is this.
Such a horrible product. I haven’t even used it. But I mixed the tubes a the solution is a creamy yellow hue. I’m Not putting that in my hair!!!Reply from Clairol1 week agoHi there! Disappointed
This didn’t even work. I left it on for 15-20mins for stubborn greys and it did nothing at all!! Definitely disappointed!!Reply from Clairol2 months agoHi there! Not worth the money
I have been buying Root Touch Up Medium Blond #8 for years. However, the quality of the product has declined. I get my roots professionally touched up every 6 weeks and use the Clairol Touch Up half way through at 3 weeks. The product used to hold the color until my salon appointment but not anymore. Now it fades in less than a week with the blonde fading to gray. Sadly I will now have to find another brand to replace this product that I have counted on for years.Reply from Clairol4 months agoHi there! This product is not worded correctly
I just bought this think it would be good to color my gray Roots. Well I tried and it is not just for covering gray roots. When u are calling it a roottouch -up. It made my hair dry and hard to comb threw. So I think u should be call Root small touch-up spray. I would like a refund please.Reply from Clairol4 months agoHi there! Best root cover up out there!
I've been using this spray for years! I color my hair dark brown but I use medium brown spray and it works just fine. It doesn't get on my hands and lasts until I wash my hair again.
