This was horrible it made my medium blonde hair orange at the mid and ends and yellow at the roots , and it dried it out so bad that I lost some of my hair . What happened??!!
I bought this thinking it was going to give somr of a highlights it did not change my hair color it damage ny hair i follow the directions to the T read over the directions paper 3 times to make sure i did it right!? Not a complete kit.
I've used this product many times and love the results. But the last two I have bought were both missing the instructions, caps, hook a gloves. Hope it turns out well!
I have colored my hair for years and have used Clairol products. I have never seen such a confusing layout for directions. 1A, 1B, 2, A,B, then 1,2,3 , then another 3.
