This haircolor is excellent. The formula is easy to use and not drippy. I love that the leave-in time is only 10 minutes and the smell is pleasant. I've been using L'Oreal for years but decided to try something new to change from reddish blonde to light auburn. I'm so glad I did. The color is shiny and I have some natural lights. I love it never had a problem
I think there was a time when they changed the number format. It took a while to find the right one now it’s 9A Lite Ash Blonde. I am trying to order it online because my CVS store does not have it not so easy0 users found this review helpful.

Carrots

Terrible product
I've been using Clairol for over 30 years and have always loved it but something went wrong. It was runny, burned my scalp and turned out an orangey/reddish color. My before color was blonde.
