Not good for grey or light dyed hair color
Oh no! I bought this black dye to cover up my new growth greys and even out the brown I had in there before. I followed everything perfectly and only the roots turned black. Did not cover up the lighter colors or any of my grey. This is great!

I don’t like the new formula change
I’ve been an avid user of this hair dye, and never had any issues before the change of formula. I took a chance with the change of formula and did not like it at all. The application is more runny. The coverage is decent but will easily stain all over. Ive also dealt with an allergic reaction such as constant sneezing and running nose; which I’ve only encountered with this particular hair dye. Beautiful color. Awful formulation.
The color is beautiful and I’ve never received so many compliments however the formulation leaves too much to be desired. Not only does burn and tingle like no other hair dye I’ve tried but it also doesn’t cover grays 100% and it’s so thin that it drips. I noticed after the first wash, that there were areas that were so fade, I thought I missed them during application. The color fades so incredibly fast. I dyed my whole head again for the second time and the color is half washed out already. In one wash. I love the color, berry burgundy, but I’ll never buy it again. Do not purchase

Red hot red
Hello I used the 4R Red Hot Red and you all replaced it with the crimson red and it is definitely not the same color. Can you bring back the original red hot red please.
