    Had to give it up

    I have mild hypertension and unfortunately this made my BP sky rocket. Have no idea why, but it was not good for me.

    ADK Great So Far!

    While I have not finished an entire bottle of the ADK, I am already noticing a big improvement in my mood and disposition and believe it is due to getting an adequate amount of vitamin D. I have been deficient in the past and can't wait to see even how much better I will feel after taking it for a little longer. Good product, great company!
