The bristles are a little hard …. However I feel like it does a good job cleaning . I however wouldn’t mind a softer brush. I know you recommend changing brushes after 3 months but this brush didn't last. Changed to SOFT TOTAL FOAMING CLEAN brush. FYI: i like the mechanics of opening the package; HOWEVER, the edges of the plastic are like a sharp serrated knife.
