Dentist Recommended
There are many brands of toothpaste on the market, so it can be confusing as to what might be the best. A friend of mine, who is a dentist said, of course, brushing twice a day with anything is better than not brushing at all I asked him what he uses and he recommended this toothpaste that I bought Colgate, there's several varieties. Enamel on your teeth is the strongest of anything in your body so you need to take care of it so I can last a lifetime.
