This is a great mouthwash that has a long lasting freshness. Also, it tastes great. It does not leave a gross residue within the mouth either. Overall, I didn't notice too much whitening.

We have been using this particular brand and type of mouthwash for about a year or so now. I can definitely tell a difference when I use it, especially in conjunction with the other Colgate optic white products.

I use this after brushing my teeth or when I need a burst fresh breath throughout the day. It takes only 30sec. I the minty taste and when I use this product I never get caught with bad breath. I have noticed that it also shields my teeth from staining.
