We have been section hiking the AT and I am the person in the group that is prone to blisters. Blisters so bad that it has made me have to come off trail. I have tried many other products and techniques. Got different shoes, socks, sock liners, etc. I bought corn and callus pads to cover the area that the blisters tend to show their ugly heads. Covered those areas with Moleskin, before we even started the hike. Still...Got Blisters. :( Then one Glorius Day, we attended a Mammoth March and they were giving out samples of the Coveted Compeed. This day changed my life. One of the Best Days! I am now one with Compeed :) These little pieces of Heaven have saved my feet and given me a better experience on trail. Compeed is really like an extension of your own skin. It is cushioned, yet very subtle. It stays in place for days. It does the job! Very Well, I might add. I won't use anything else, moving forward (pun intended :) Because I have found the Comfort of Compeed, I am now able to hike 20+ miles a day, without pain and discomfort. I highly recommend Compeed if you have any blister issues. Thank You Compeed!

I had 2 quarter sized blisters on the balls of my feet, it was extremely painful to walk let alone put shoes and socks on. I put these patches on, pain was gone. I could walk again with very little discomfort, I took it off after 3 days and my blister is just about non existent! Amazing!

The type on the package is too small to read and therefore the product is a hit-or-miss operation. There should be federal regulations about how small the type can be on medications.
