My only complaint about this would be the toggle switch uses for low to high heat. It's right where you hold the dryer whilst using it. It gets switched too easily. I bought this as a spare to keep in my guest bathroom. I have one just like it that I've been using for years & it's still working as good as the day I bought it. For a hairdryer priced in this category, it works very well. Good power and good heat.
