It is easy to use and the curls come out perfect. This has cut my time in half compared to other products when doing my hair. It used to take so long to make curls. You just put the hair in press the button when done release. You can choose different curls and heat depending on your hair and style you want. It has a number of different pieces that goes with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right before receiving the curler, I impulsively cut my hair to just above my shoulders. I was very worried it wouldn't work. BUT it did! I have always struggled with regular curling irons and with short hair, thought it would be a waste. Nope! Super easy to use and worked well on my hair! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ***I received this item for free in exchange for writing a review*** I never would have bought this for fear of ripping out my hair but let me tell you, this is so easy to use! I would go out and buy one tomorrow if i had to give it back! I have used this four times before writing my review. It is very easy to use and the only times it stopped itself (and didn't even pull on my hair) it was my fault - I either grabbed too much hair, had the curling iron backwards, or my hair was tangled. I have very straight, thick, hard to hold a curl hair. I first curled my hair before bed to test it out, my hair looked perfect in the morning and didn't even need to do any touch ups. It took me less than 30 minutes to do all of my hair, it takes much longer with a standard curling iron. Once you learn the proper way to use this curling iron, you can achieve beautiful curls in little time. There are fantastic features that make your curls tight or wavy, temp controls, and even a button that changes curl direction. Putting a small strand of hair through the slot at top of curler, pushing a button and waiting for beep, perfect curls. So easy to use

I've always been a newbie to styling my hair especially curling it but this made it so simple for me. The only thing I didn't care for is it is really hard to curl closer to your head.
