the center of the person's forehead, no more than
2 inches (5cm) away from the skin, and press the
button on the handle. A beep indicates that the measurement is complete and the measurement value is shown on the display. In order to avoid human error,we suggest that you take multiple measurements at least 20 seconds apart and average them.
