I'm almost embarrassed to say that this thing worked for me; but it worked for me. I had patellular bursitis and it was really hurting my work output. I was absolutely desperate so I grabbed a bottle of Motrin and a copper fit knee support. Ate 2 Motrin and put the knee thing on. Later that day, I was laying flooring and most of my pain was gone. I figured it was probably the Motrin. The next day I woke up with knee pain and put the copper fit on and skipped the Motrin. I'll be darned, by the time I was at work I had no more knee pain! Probably a placebo effect, or maybe the compression really helped the inflammation IDK? But what I do know is that it helped me get a job done pain free. Fortunately I don't always work on my knees, but when I do, my copper fit will be coming with!

These have helped my grandma keep walking. It helps the knees stay in place and she has less pain.
