See directions below. Detach the back belt straps
Detach the Adjustable Straps from both sides of the back belt
Place the back belt on your waist with the center on your lower back so the Live Limitless logo is facing out
Pull the right end of the Back Belt Strap over your mid-section and overlap the left end to secure
Grab Adjustable Straps and gently pull straps forward
Pull the Adjustable Straps across your mid-section, securing against the front of the back belt on each side until desired compression is met
