Helps painful wrist
This wrist brace you can use either with a cold or warm pack. The pack is included and it really helps with the pain and swelling. Wrist Brace - effective, easy to use
It was very effective and helpful for aching wrist. Optional g pack what cools in a refrigerator was helpful also. Comfortable. Did need help to put it on. I'm glad I have it if wrist hurts again.3 users found this review helpful.

Copper Fit Wrist Brace
I was looking for a left handed wrist brace that my doctor recommended but CVS was out of the left handed one so I opted for the copper fit that was both right handed and left handed because I desperately needed one. Bad design
I was very excited to finally find a wrist support that had a filler which could be heated to help alleviate the pain in my hand, especially one which could be used for both hands right or left, however, unfortunately it is designed bad, not long enough and the opening around the thumb finger presses on the skin between the thumb and index fingers, sadly very painful. Also the one size option doesn't work, people have different hand sizes, this doesn't fit good. Must be changed for medium, large, and x large.
