At least 80 percent of this jerky was in a crumbled or dust form, and the few pieces that were larger than a nickel were hard as a rock and impossible to chew. To sweet and salty
Finding an enjoyable turkey jerky is challenging. The flavor of this hickory smoke jerky is so pleasant. The moisture level is on spot. A delightful chew.
