I’ve used Cover Girl for the past 40 years, but unfortunately, this new “vegan” formula is absolute trash. The concealer is too watery, the eyeshadow has no pigment. The new Pure Romance #235 palette has the same name and number as the original. But, they are not the same palette. Buyer beware! Just bought yesterday for my daughter who is venturing into makeup. She loves the colors in the package but the texture and application when swatched is SO CHALKY. Much lighter than the pics show. Barely visible.
Bellini Spritz looks very different from the pictures. The pictures show vivid pink, bright peach, and copper, and that is NOT AT ALL what you're getting. I have ivory skin, and you can barely see this eyeshadow on me. In the pan and on the skin, all the colors in this palette are much lighter and more muted than what's shown in the pictures of the quad or the pictures of models wearing it. IRL it's basically flesh tones for fair-skinned girls. I agree with another reviewer who said this is makeup you give your 12-year-old daughter who you don't want wearing makeup yet.
