Goes on black stays on long creates very fine lines the top. Has plenty of bend to it wouldn't mind if it was a little more firm but greatly for thin lines

Tried this eyeliner out for about a week and hated it every time I used it. No pigment, and honestly I felt it was hard to used...

DO NOT PUT THIS ON YOUR FACE! It literally dries to a crisp before you even have time to lift it from the bottle to your eye. Only use this if you plan on having black stains around your eye for the next week. Forget about waterproof this is so dry it want even come off with makeup remover. I have chemical burns on my face because I had to use GERM EX to get it off!! Absolute waste of money.

This is a fantastic gel eyeliner, run smoothly and has a very thin tip. Packaging is thin as well and the wand is long does not take much space.

I bought the Black Vinyl color about 2 years ago and really liked it, but then I wanted more of a matte black color, so this is perfect! It is so easy to put on and the applicator makes it easy to control. I was really impressed as this stays on longer than the Vinyl color does, so much that I use it daily and for all occasions! It isn't waterproof, so if your eyes water for some reason, it will come off - but after an 8-10 hour day it still looks great! The matte color makes my eyes pop - I love it! Please don't ever stop making it!!

This eyeliner is a NO! I only tried this because I never tried a CoverGirl product at the time. When I used this eyeliner it took forever to dry down. It is matte but it flakes and pulls your eyelid when it dries down all the way.
