Not water resistant but the wand is really good and even application. The volume I get from this mascara is amazing. Product has changed. Tube nearly empty.
I have been using this product for YEARS and have always loved it. However, the past few tubes I have gotten it's obvious they're putting way less product in the tube, or they've changed the formula. It barely coats the lashes and I have to do so many swipes it gets clumpy. NOT the product it use to be.Reply from AbbyHace 3 mesesHello! Dried out does nothing

Excellent Mascara!
I just bought this mascara, and it's fantastic. I use the black brown in non waterproof. It's a dry formula, but that's why I love it so much. It makes the lashes thick, long, and it's clump free! I don't enjoy wet formulas. My lashes stick together with the wet ones. Covergirl is the only brand I will use!
