I can't get it open. I shouldn't have to get an instrument to open it for the first time. Where are the tabs. The packaging is impossible. I don't have time to spend 20 minutes to open it for the first time. I love the product but I can't open it so I will go to another product lineReply from Abby1 day agoHello! The purple cap opens like a flap to reveal the sponge for foundation application. The glass bottom must be twisted off the purple cap to access the foundation inside. Make note of the clockwise arrow at the bottom of the purple cap; this is the direction to twist the product cap off to access the foundation. Lay the product between your palms with the purple cap facing toward the ceiling. Press your palms tightly together and twist your top palm clockwise to remove the purple cap. i’m not a huge fan of foundations overall but this one isn’t anything special sadly. the texture is soft but highlights texture. the finish isn’t anything special and could be made with any other drug store foundation. the coverage is okay but it looks cakey compared to other foundations . it’s a skip for me, but not terrible.Reply from Erin4 days agoHi!
