So sad you changed the formula! I’ve been using this product for 30 years. Now I have to find a new favorite since the product hardly goes on and color barely shows up. I originally thought I had put too much lotion on my face and that’s why it wasn’t going on until I did a search to see if you changed it.Reply from Erin1 week agoHello! Change it back!
I’m so sad. I’ve used this product for many years (decades?!), but the new formula just doesn’t cut it. As others said, it’s too light and doesn’t have enough pigment. It seems waxy and just doesn’t go on well at all. Useless Product
What on Earth possesses companies to change a classic product, and in the process, make it absolutely useless? I have used this product on and off since college, and your "new & improved" formula barely shows up when applied. I'm baffled that Cover Girl is probably paying someone a pretty good salary to make such an incredibly foolish product reformulation. I'm disappointed to say the least. New formula is horrible!
Just opened a new Perfect Point Plus and I’m so disappointed with new formula. It’s nothing like the old one. When you put it on you can barely see it, there is no pigment at all. It has the look of a crayon! It also wipes right off. I have used this product for over 25 years and I’m so upset I have to look for something else now. Why mess with a good thing! You can tell the difference between the old formula and new formula on my hand in the photo attached. Disappointed in recent quality
I have used this Espresso eyeliner for years. Recently I had two disappointing experiences. A few months ago, the brand new eyeliner that I purchased would not "twist" out - the pencil twisted but no eyeliner came out. Not usable and had to throw it away. I bought a replacement and it was fine. When that one ran out, I purchased another Espresso eyeliner that was the "new formula" and it went on a very thin, light brown - almost translucent. Nothing like the old formula. Not sure if that is how the new formula is supposed to be or if it was a quality issue.
