I liked it but the only complaint I have is the fact that it has to be refilled with water within 15 min of filling and starting the device. Other than this, I believe this is a nice product. I just need something that will last longer and doesn't have to be refilled with water every 15-20 minutes.

Well, our crane purifier did work well, when we had a clean filter in it but after our filter got dirty, we were unable to purchase a new filter from cvs because they don't even sell the filters and the filters are out of stock on the Crane's website. So we had to pack our crane purifier up since we can't use it without a filter!

Reviewed 2 years agoDoes absolutely nothing. Have had the unit running for approximately a month there is dust all around it as well as settle on to of the unit running on high lol. I checked the filters they have only the slightest accumulation and I mean slightest accumulation of dust. No wonder my allergy symptoms haven't improved! I've had HEPA units at half the price point outperform this crane filter. This is an honest review, I have had HEPA filters all of my Life as an allergy sufferer, DO NOT BUY!!! Will be returning this waste of space plastic ams electricity. I had dusted a few days ago, the picture shows how ineffective the crane hepa filter is. It's almost comical

I received the Crane hepa Air Purifier 3 weeks ago and I love it. I use it every night. I have been sleeping better and waking up more refreshed than before I used it. I live in Los Angeles and the air quality is not always the best, even indoors, so I am so glad to have this air purifier clean the air for me and my family. Thank you, Crane for another wonderful product.
