I have used this product for many years and thought it was a hidden treasure that I raved about to all my family and friends. Recently the formula for the lavender was changed and I am tremendously disappointed. The product is thinner and does not work as well. I need to use double the amount of cream than I used to while shaving my legs and afterwards I get razor burn. With the original formula I never got razor burn and my legs were not dry. Too thick and slick
I had high hopes for a modern shave cream, and am surprised by all the great reviews. Maybe I bought an old version (slightly different label) but this stuff was like a combination of butter and glue. It did not lather up well and my razor had a difficult time cutting through the thick lather.
