Pump sucks
Love the toothpaste, hate the pump. Why would you put a pump on toothpaste tube? A stand-up toothpaste, okay. (I still don't understand why) It's difficult to pump, all the toothpaste goes to the bottom when your pumping, so you have to pressing it back to the top, and pump nozzle gets stopped up and dries with the remaining toothpaste that doesn't go in toothbrush.Reply from crest.com1 month agoWe're sad to hear you aren't enjoying the pump, Kathy. Needs a tube redesign
The product is excellent. The dispenser tube is much less so. As you reach the end of the product, the dispenser tube becomes harder to use. Having to cut off the bottom of the tube to then insert a toothbrush to try to access the remainder of the product is not easy and is inconvenient. Too hard to dispense
I just bought this, but will not buy again. It is too hard to dispense. I have ordered Colgaate optic white. It has a regular tube. I don't know whether to store this upside down, on the flat cap, or upright. I have tried both, and it is still hard to dispense. Too bad because I usually, like Crest products. Not great.
I bought it and after a couple of weeks, I noticed it is not whitening much and not removing a stain I have on a tooth and it leaves a yucky film in my mouth over nightReply from crest.com2 months agoThank you so much for your review. While the film isn't something we ever expect with our quality checks, the stain not being removed could be a result of the stain being intrinsic. Intrinsic stains are stains inside your teeth where the toothpaste can't reach. You'll need our Crest 3D Whitestrips for those. Pump mechanism doesn’t work
Love the product but the delivery system doesn’t work. I have a half film tube that I cannot use as the dispenser button no longer works.
