It leaves muy mouth feeling very clean and fresh, and breath stays fresh for several hours.Unlike other mouthwash, it doesn’t feel like it burns too much, so it’s comfortable to use every day. With consistent use, I’ve noticed my mouth feels cleaner between brushings, and it gives me peace of mind knowing it helps fight bacteria and care for my gums. One of the most impactful changes to the product is the use of the chemical that creates the cooling sensation in your mouth. It lasts way too long, and this negatively impacts my appetite and also my desire to drink water. This is really a problem as I live in the desert and not becoming dehydrated is a top priority. Horrible burning sensation, 6 in 1
This new 6 in 1 replaces the Pro Health advanced with floride I have been using for years. I used it after radiation treatement to protect my mouth and gums and for years before, never a problem. This new formula 6 in 1 literally burns my skin in my mouth! I tried two different bottles and one was as bad as the last! Now I am stuck with 3 bottles of this burning garbage.. why change a great thing ? Using another brand with no problem. Minty Fresh Without The Burn
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this product is alcohol free and has 24 hour protection. I struggle with mouthwash because some have too strong of a minty flavor. I was nervous with this being on the bolder side of the "experience" bar, but it wasn't too bad for me! It didn't burn my mouth and my mouth felt and smelt so clean after. The cap is very sturdy and makes dispensing product easy, but I ended up using my own little cups for the mouthwash for sanitary reasons. Buyer beware!
Warning!! I have been using this mouthwash and have gone through about a bottle when I started noticing my bottom teeth turning brown. I have exceptionally healthy teeth and take care of them daily. I started to research why my teeth returning brown and found that this mouthwash may be the culprit. Certain versions of Crest Pro-Health Rinse contain cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC), an ingredient that not only helps to fight plaque and gingivitis, but also kills bacteria in the mouth. For a small percentage of people who use the product, after it kills germs in your mouth, those dead germs can collect on the tooth surface and create the appearance of brown stains -- especially in hard-to-brush areas. We want to assure you the discoloration is reversible and largely preventable. To help remove and prevent the discoloration, we recommend using a tartar-control or whitening toothpaste, a power toothbrush, and floss.. Any remaining stains can be removed with dental cleaning.
