I use this every morning as recommended by the orthodontist. The flavor is good, not too strong and my teeth and gums feel healthy. 18 months in and no cavities!

It doesnt do a crazy job of whitenint but enough that youll see a difference. I used it for a while and i have no issues with it so far in terms of preventing cavities.
