Does the job at a reasonable price
For those of us who need to ice a body part repeatedly, having an extra icer makes all the difference. I can use one while I freeze the other. All relatively inexpensively. Waste of Money
After waiting SIX HOURS for the ice insert to freeze, I slipped it into the fabric holder and strapped it on and felt...nothing. Very little cold gets through the fabric carrier. So I tried it inside thin tshirt material instead and still - not very cold. Certainly not cold enough to provide any relief. Also, once frozen, the insert is like a brick with sharp edges. Lastly - it stays "cold" for 8 hours only if you refreeze it every 20 minutes (per the included instructions) - what's the point of that?? The 8-hour claim was a big part of my decision to buy this product. I should have saved my money and used a bag of frozen peas - at least that would actually feel cold.6 users found this review helpful.
