Nose feels better
My dr recommended. I should use every day for a month. Always spray sideways. Never directly into the nose. It has helped so much. Allergy season necessity
Every spring, I use the nasal spray in mornings with 2 sprays each nostril for 1st week and then 1 thereafter as long as having allergy symptoms. I take the Claritin every night.
