Works great!
I have severe allergies, especially when the weather changes or when I travel to places where the weather/elevation is drastically different. I usually pre-emptively take allergy pills. These softgels are easy to take, and they have worked well so far for me! I take one everyday when I expect sinus/allergy issues. On days when I get surprise allergy attacks, I take one, but it takes a few hours and a nap to kick in properly.
