Store brand Tylenol works the same
I like to buy the store brand and save money, especially when CVS gives me additional discount coupons on their products. The active ingredients work the same as in the Tylenol brand arthritis pills. And because they are 650 mg I usually only need to take one to relieve my arthritis pain.
