The photo on the box looks like I ke it would be perfect to wrap around my shoulder. It was not. Dream treatment for my shoulder
It gets more than warm enough to provide a steady, deep penetrating heat. Since using it, my sleep has improved since I am mot awakened by s sore shoulder. Slips out of position frequently
The wrap does not stay securely on my shoulder and slips so that the heating elements do not stay where they should. I have it about as tight as it will go yet it still moves. Good Heating Pad

Comfortable, wish it was more adjustable!
I wish the size was a little more adjustable. This actually came in handy because I had rotator cuff surgery last year. Once I got past the PT, this has helped with the remaining pain that comes up sometimes and as a prep to loosen me up before exercising it.
