I enjoy using this product!
The product is easy to carry and each capsule is separate from the other one; so you can take the exact amount of pills that you need and not have to worry about carrying the whole product. Plus it doesn't have to be refrigerated and can fit easily in my pocket or book bag. Unfortunately it is very costly, because of the cost I can only afford it when it is on sale!!!!!0 users found this review helpful.

It's difficult to know if a probiotic is working. If you stop taking it, and get sick, is it not working? If you take it, and still get sick, is it not working? I don't know. BUT as long as I've been taking this probiotic, I seem to be healthy more than sick. And when I do get sick, my illnesses seem to be less intense. I do recommend taking a probiotic. I think the CVS brand is just as effective as the more expensive name brands, with the exact same ingredients. I also checked with my doctor before taking a probiotic.
