Caused allergic reaction
Mt husband had cervical surgery. He had a hospital provided bandage on his neck. Due to drainage it needed replacing. We purchased the cvs advanced care waterproof transparent bandage. He kept it on for 2 days despite it itching. Finally he couldn’t bear it any more. Upon removal, the area where the bandage met the skin was very red. Apparently he is allergic to the adhesive which remained on the skin. Does not adhere like Tegaderm. Inferior product.
Tegaderm is the best on the market. The CVS brand is an inferior product in comparison.
