    Good product and reasonable price

    Wrong support information given to me.

    First time buyer of this produce. Salesclerk said to select lanchets and test strips from OTC. then ask the pharmacist to check for the correct ones. I did that. The pharmacist said I had the correct items to go with glucious meter. If she was wrong, then return them. She was wrong, and these test strips do not go with the type of meter I was given. Now I have to make a 60 mi.rt drive to return and get the correct ones. This is NOT good customer service. When pharmacy gives you a glucious meter, it should also have the correct test strips to accommodate it.
