Absolutely amazing!!!
I've had this unit for about a year now and I swear it's awesome. It took a bit for me to figure out all the settings but once I did it's been a game changer. I use it almost every day, definitely helps with all the aches and pains from being the big 40. The pads can be hard to find in the store, so I stock up every time I see them. Sometimes I order more online. They do last a while with proper care; I've gotten well past the claimed twenty uses with each set. I spray with alcohol and then wet them with warm water before storing. I wouldn't recommend the unit for those with tech issues as it does take some figuring out. I do love that it stores my last placement setting, wish it stored the strength level. Also wish it came with a storage case. Extremely difficult to use
I consider myself pretty tech savvy, I can figure out most things without looking at the manual but dear lord this device was the most user UNfriendly thing I have ever used. The manual is no help- not specific, does not define everything on the device and buttons/modes are just left to the users interpretation?? I honestly am still flabbergasted - like who designed this??? How did this pass through inspection and get put on a shelf? Great portable unit.
After having my lower back muscle tighten up and no over the counter medicine help relieve the pain, this little tens unit loosened the muscle up after 3 uses! Buyer Beware
I purchased this item online in 12/2024. It worked great until the display panel started going out. I contacted CVS Customer Care and was told that since it was out of the 60-day window, there was nothing they could do. Garbage
Used it 3 times in a matter of 3 days and now it doesn't want to work.
