Cvs health vitamins are a great option! They're affordable and work great! These ashwagandha tablets are a little bigger than a typical pill such as a pain reliever but not too big that you would have trouble swallowing them. This bottle contained 60 pills which is enough for a 30 day supply as you have to take 2 daily. Small pill packs power
Aside from the medicine-like taste, CVS' Ashwagandha tablet is small, dissolves easily, and helps with sleeplessness. Has made a change.
My husband and I tried the Aswagandha. I liked the energy it gave me. My husband said it helped him sleep better and wake up not as groggy. It did take time to before affects his sleep though. It was easy to take and no after taste. New favorite Ashwaganda supplement
Great price for ashwaganda supplements! I prefer this tablet form rather than a gummy. Easy to take and the dosage works well for me. Does what it is supposed to.
CVS Health Ashwagandha Tablets seem to do what they are supposed to, relaxing me a bit so I can get to sleep at night. They are unusually shaped tablets, not a standard capsule, so they can be a bit hard to swallow. I haven't noticed any particular taste or smell, nor have they given me any unexpected side effects or digestive upset. With so many options in the supplement market I appreciate that CVS puts their name behind the product and tries to source from quality suppliers and reputable manufacturing facilities with third party testing so you get what you are expecting. I also like that it is a single ingredient supplement. So many products try to combine multiple ingredients and you are never sure which is working for you or not. Helped me fall asleep faster
It took about 2 weeks for me to notice a difference. I would say the mood improvements came more from better sleep than the supplement. I did fall asleep faster, which was nice because I missed my husband's snoring! The pills are a little big but coated. I still take them one at a time though and when it says with food, they mean it. Great quality
CVS Health Ashwagandha Tablets is a dietary supplement that is clinically proven to reduce occasional stress and support sleep. It's formulated 600 mg KSM-66 Ashwagandha extract. This product is certified organic, is non-GMO and vegetarian. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. The taste isn't too bad and it didn't leave any unpleasant taste behind. I take the tablets in the evening and I have noticed that I sleep so much better. Even falling asleep was easier. I'm impressed with how much this product has helped reduce some of my stress. I loved this product and will continue to use this brand in the future. Calming and help to sleep better.
The ashwagandha ksm-66 extract supplement does have a not so great taste, but they do seem like they help calm me so I can sleep better. I really like that it has all organic ingredients.
