Cvs health vitamins are a great option! They’re affordable and work great! These ashwagandha tablets are a little bigger than a typical pill such as a pain reliever but not too big that you would have trouble swallowing them. This bottle contained 60 pills which is enough for a 30 day supply as you have to take 2 daily. Aside from the medicine-like taste, CVS’ Ashwagandha tablet is small, dissolves easily, and helps with sleeplessness. Has made a change.
My husband and I tried the Aswagandha. I liked the energy it gave me. My husband said it helped him sleep better and wake up not as groggy. It did take time to before affects his sleep though.
